چکیده
The objective: to conduct a comparative analysis of the efficacy and tolerability antigestagens (mifepristone) gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (aGnRH) as part adjuvant therapy for prevention recurrence uterine fibroids after conservative myomectomy in women reproductive age.Materials methods. study included 99 patients age (19–42 years old) with myoma. were divided into three groups (n=33 each), which balanced by number myomatous nodes. From 8th day surgical treatment, 1st group prescribed antigestagen mifepristone at dose 50 mg daily 4 months, 2nd – aGnRH (triptorelin) 3.75 intramuscularly once every 28 days 6 months. third, control who had contraindications or refused take hormonal drugs. effect treatment on uterus size was studied ultrasound examination 1 months surgery, performed 3 surgery. fact myoma established when least one node more than cm diameter appeared.Results. second month therapy, 78.8% 2d estrogen-deficient symptoms. In group, minor side effects registered only 15.1%, 3rd 3–6% (p<0.05). After completion menstrual cycle restored 3.3±1.5 weeks 6.2±1 patients. All regular menstruations month. compared operation, volume decreased 14±2% all groups, further decrease observed indicators remained same level first There no during year cumulative risk almost 24 it 12.5±5.2% 13.7±8%, respectively. rate 3d 9.1±5.6% 33±8.1% 12 41.6±9.2% pregnancy occurred mostly interval from 1.5 average between operation fertilization 13.7±5 months.Conclusions. Adjuvant leads an equal reduction 4.25 times. incidence fibroid surgery is lowest taking mifepristone, highest without therapy. With similar GnRH agonists, antiprogestins have less good tolerance, faster recovery function, reverse parameters volume. Therefore, order restore function prevent early fibroids, can be recommended choice should differentiated individual.
